Heart and Soul Tune-Ups are gentle, supportive energetic reset sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are this Valentine's Day.
These mini sessions focus on emotional regulation, heart-centered grounding, and subtle energetic recalibration. They are especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, sensitive, or emotionally stretched - whether from relationships, stress, or simply from being human in a loud and unjust world.
Sessions are brief (15-20 minutes), intuitive, and intentionally gentle.
This is not deep processing or intensive energy work (talk to Lexi about booking a Luminary Session if that is what you are looking for).
This is a moment to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and trauma-informed way.
