What Is The Witchlings Circle?
The Wandering Witchlings is a 10-month commitment to community, seasonal learning, and gentle spiritual education for kids who deserve a space that feels like home.
This is not church.
This is not public school.
This is not dogmatic.
This is a hearth.
Each month we gather for 1.5 to 2 hours to explore seasonal themes, earth science, mythology, emotional growth, cultural traditions, and creative hands-on crafts. Over time, your child builds confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging in a values-aligned community.
We grow together through the seasons.

What We Teach
Our curriculum follows a gentle arc through the year — grounding in nourishment, identity, nature, courage, and community.
Each gathering includes:
-
A themed lesson (science + history + mythology woven together)
-
A hands-on craft or creative project
-
A seasonal snack
-
Group discussion or reflection
-
A take-home piece
-
A parent recap email

Is This For My Family?
The Wandering Witchlings Pagan Kids Circle is a shared learning space for parents and children together.
This is not a drop-off program. It is a community experience where adults and children participate side by side — crafting, discussing, learning, and growing together.
The program is designed for children ages 5–12, with layered discussions and activities that can meet multiple developmental levels. While many of our families are homeschoolers or alternatively educated, all families are welcome.
Witchlings Circle is especially supportive for children who:
-
Are homeschooled or alternatively educated
-
Are spiritually curious
-
Thrive in creative environments
-
Want friendship in a values-aligned space
-
Enjoy hands-on learning
-
Feel connected to earth-based traditions, seasonal rhythms, or cultural mythology
You do not have to identify as pagan to belong here.
We welcome:
-
Spiritual but not religious families
-
Interfaith families
-
Pagan families
-
Curious families
-
Families simply looking for a grounded, creative, values-centered community
If your child is ready for deeper mythology, gentle journaling, seasonal philosophy, emotional intelligence tools, and meaningful discussion — this space will hold them beautifully.
Program Structure
Each gathering is facilitated by two to three instructors to ensure safety, engagement, and age-appropriate support.
Parents or guardians remain present and engaged for the entire class. This is a shared learning circle!
Our instructors guide the themes and activities, but families participate together.
Community & Commitment
We recommend a 10-month commitment to fully experience The Hearth Year.
Children build trust through consistency.
Friendships deepen over time.
Confidence grows slowly and safely.
While enrollment is structured around the full year, families join with the understanding that this is a community experience and while we make a lot of cool things, it is not a drop-in craft class!
When children know they will see the same faces each month, they tend to open up and feel like they belong!
