Shadow Work Sessions
Shadow work is a deeply personal journey, and I’m here to guide you through it with compassion, empathy, and a steady hand. This isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about uncovering the layers of your truth, meeting the parts of yourself you’ve buried, and learning to hold space for your whole being. It’s not easy work, but it’s transformative in ways you can’t yet imagine.
Life moves fast. We adapt, we survive, and sometimes we hide pieces of ourselves along the way—whether it’s a childhood hurt, a lingering belief that whispers “not enough,” or a behavior we can’t seem to break, no matter how hard we try. Shadow work is the practice of turning inward to meet these parts of yourself. It’s not about judgment or blame but curiosity and understanding. Together, we’ll unravel the tangled threads of fear, shame, or self-doubt and help you weave them into something new: strength, clarity, and a profound sense of wholeness.
But let me be clear: this isn’t something I’ll do for you. This is your journey, and you’re the one steering the ship. My role is to walk beside you, to shine a light on the map when it gets hard to read, and to gently challenge you to explore the paths you might otherwise avoid. I won’t force memories to the surface or dig up your past without consent. Instead, I’ll create a space where you feel safe to let these pieces emerge naturally, when you’re ready.
Shadow work is sacred, and I don’t take that lightly.
What Shadow Work Sessions Include
Each session is unique, tailored to your specific needs, emotions, and experiences. I don’t use hypnosis—this work is about keeping you grounded and present, fully in your body, while we explore the root causes of emotional dysregulation, lingering fears, or self-limiting beliefs. You won’t leave feeling overwhelmed or untethered; you’ll leave with tools, insights, and a sense of purpose for your next steps.
Here’s what you can expect:
-
Grounding and Centering Practices:
Before we dive into the work, we’ll focus on rooting you in your body. Shadow work can bring up intense emotions, and these grounding practices will help you stay regulated and safe. You’ll learn techniques to carry with you into daily life, creating a stable foundation for whatever arises. -
Meditation and Visualization:
These are powerful tools for gently accessing your shadow self. Together, we’ll use guided meditations to step into the parts of your mind and heart you might not visit often. Through visualization, we’ll create a space where you can interact with your inner world in a way that feels safe and controlled. -
Divination and Intuitive Guidance:
Tools like tarot, astrology, and other forms of divination help us uncover hidden truths and patterns in your life. They act as mirrors, reflecting back the pieces of yourself that might be harder to see on your own. This isn’t about predicting your future; it’s about understanding your present. -
Exploring Behaviors and Finding Solutions:
Many of our struggles manifest as recurring behaviors—procrastination, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or impulsivity. Together, we’ll identify these patterns, trace them back to their origins, and explore their purpose. Often, these behaviors started as survival mechanisms. By understanding them, we can find solutions that align with your current self, rather than the self who needed them to survive. -
Personalized Support and Rituals:
You’ll leave each session with tailored practices, journaling prompts, or rituals designed to help you continue your shadow work at home. Whether it’s a grounding ritual for moments of overwhelm or a journaling prompt to explore a specific memory, these tools are crafted with you in mind.

How Shadow Work Can Help You
Shadow work is not a replacement for therapy, but it can be a powerful complement or an alternative for those who haven’t found traditional methods helpful. It bridges the gap between emotional healing and spiritual growth, creating a holistic approach to understanding yourself.
Here are some of the ways shadow work can transform your life:
-
Feel More Grounded and In Control:
When difficult moments arise, you’ll have tools to navigate them with grace and resilience. -
Heal Unresolved Wounds:
Many of our fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs stem from unhealed wounds. Shadow work helps you gently tend to these places, bringing them into the light for healing. -
Understand Your Behaviors:
Why do you procrastinate? Why do you push people away or cling too tightly? Shadow work helps you uncover the “why” and, more importantly, transform it into something that serves you. -
Strengthen Your Connection to Yourself:
By embracing all parts of who you are—light and shadow—you’ll cultivate a deep sense of self-acceptance and authenticity. -
Uncover Creative and Nontraditional Solutions:
Shadow work isn’t about following a script. It’s about discovering what works for you. Maybe it’s a ritual to release old fears, a mantra to counteract self-doubt, or a visualization to reframe a painful memory. These creative solutions often go beyond traditional methods, offering new ways to grow and heal.

Why Shadow Work? Why Now?
I’ve been where you are. I’ve faced the parts of myself I wanted to hide, the wounds I thought would never heal, and the beliefs that kept me small. Shadow work isn’t a quick fix—it’s a commitment to yourself, a declaration that you’re ready to meet yourself fully, flaws and all.
This path isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. Shadow work has the power to help you reclaim parts of yourself you thought were lost, to feel more at peace in your body and your life, and to step into your full, authentic power.
