Practicing “No” is a seasonal sound bath adventure built for the ones who give too much, agree too quickly, and say yes long after every part of them wanted to say otherwise.
Through singing bowls, guided meditation, and breathwork, this class helps you reconnect with your own boundaries – and trust them.

Practicing "No" is a sound bath designed for the ones who say yes far too often when everything within them screams no.
You know the feeling. The yes that comes out reflexively before you've even had a chance to think it through. The agreements that always cost you something. The slow accumulation of obligations, expectations, and other people's needs that leaves you wondering when you stopped being a person and started being a resource for everyone else.
"No" is not unkind. It is not selfish. It is one of the most powerful and most underused words in the English language - and learning to trust it is one of the most radical acts of self-preservation a person can practice.
This sound bath adventure uses singing bowls, guided meditation, and breathwork to help you root beneath the noise, locate your own boundaries, and practice - really practice - what it feels like to honor and embody them.
During our time together, you'll experience:
- A grounding arrival practice to settle and return to yourself
- Guided meditation focused on boundaries, sovereignty, and self-trust
- Immersive sound using singing bowls and chimes to soften resistance
- Breathwork to release the patterns of over-giving and chronic yes
- A supported return leaving you clearer, steadier, and more anchored in your own knowing
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow if you wish.
Come exactly as overextended as you are.
Find your way back to yourself.

The body and soul balm is WONDERFUL. It’s a must for in my nightstand drawer. Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Rub it in your hands, put your hands in front of your face, take a couple deep breaths. It’s magic. Headache? Rub some of its magical goodness on your temples and sinuses. Chest cold? Rub that stuff on your chest instead of traditional vapor rub. It was the only way I could sleep when I was sick. Broken body or born in the 1900’s? Rub it on the areas that ache before bed and wake up feeling relief
It was a life saver when I was in physical therapy for my SI joint problems!
