Even the most patient seed does not bloom on demand. It blooms when it has been given enough - enough warmth, enough water, enough time. You are no different.

The Bloom Within is a deeply personal sound bath meditation experience, guided by Lexi, that moves beyond sound alone. Through the resonance of singing bowls, tongue drum, and chimes - layered with guided visualization, breathwork, and gentle vocal toning - you will be held in a space designed to help you release what winter left behind and reconnect with the life force that never actually left you.

This is not a loud awakening. It is a tender one.

During your time together, you'll be guided through:

🌸 A grounded arrival and somatic settling practice
🌸 Guided visualization to meet and nurture your inner light
🌸 Layered sound immersion using singing bowls, chimes, and tongue drum
🌸 Breathwork and gentle vocal affirmations to open and receive
🌸 A slow, supported return - leaving you rooted, open, and renewed

No experience is necessary. All you need to do is arrive.

Your $11 ticket is an act of care for yourself - and the inner light you've been waiting to give permission to bloom.

The body and soul balm is WONDERFUL. It’s a must for in my nightstand drawer. Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Rub it in your hands, put your hands in front of your face, take a couple deep breaths. It’s magic. Headache? Rub some of its magical goodness on your temples and sinuses. Chest cold? Rub that stuff on your chest instead of traditional vapor rub. It was the only way I could sleep when I was sick. Broken body or born in the 1900’s? Rub it on the areas that ache before bed and wake up feeling relief

It was a life saver when I was in physical therapy for my SI joint problems!
