The harvest season asks two things of us.
Gratitude for what grew, and the wisdom to let go of what didn't.
Both are harder than they sound. Gratitude asks you to actually stop and count, which most of us never do. Releasing asks you to admit that something you tended did not come to anything, and to set it down without calling yourself a failure for it.
Harvest & Release is a sound bath meditation built to hold both halves. Lie back and let the bowls carry you through the gathering and then the letting go. Lexi will guide the arc, and the sound will do what words cannot, loosening what has been gripped too tightly all season.
During our time together you will:
🌾 Settle into deep rest with crystal and metal singing bowls
🌾 Take honest inventory of what this season actually grew
🌾 Move through a guided release for what did not take root
🌾 Return slowly, lighter than you came in
Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever helps you rest comfortably. Chairs are available for anyone who would rather sit.

The body and soul balm is WONDERFUL. It’s a must for in my nightstand drawer. Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Rub it in your hands, put your hands in front of your face, take a couple deep breaths. It’s magic. Headache? Rub some of its magical goodness on your temples and sinuses. Chest cold? Rub that stuff on your chest instead of traditional vapor rub. It was the only way I could sleep when I was sick. Broken body or born in the 1900’s? Rub it on the areas that ache before bed and wake up feeling relief
It was a life saver when I was in physical therapy for my SI joint problems!
