Sensuality as Power: Sound Bath Meditation is a seasonal sound bath adventure with Lexi for anyone who has been taught that their body is something to manage rather than something to inhabit.

Sensuality is not a distraction from power. It is a form of it - the deep, embodied knowing that comes from being fully present in your own skin, trusting your senses, and moving through the world from a place of genuine aliveness rather than perpetual management. Most of us have been taught, in one way or another, to disconnect from that aliveness. To keep it quiet. To treat the body as a vehicle rather than a home.

This sound bath uses singing bowls, chimes, and guided visualization to help you find your way back into your body - gently, without pressure, and with full permission to feel everything that has been waiting there.

During your time together, you’ll experience:

🌹 A grounding arrival practice designed to bring you fully into your body

🌹 Guided visualization exploring sensuality as a source of spiritual power

🌹 Immersive sound using singing bowls and chimes to soften the body’s held tension

🌹 Breathwork to open the body and restore connection to sensation and aliveness

🌹 A supported return leaving you more present, embodied, and at home in yourself

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Come exactly as disconnected as you’ve been feeling.

The body and soul balm is WONDERFUL. It’s a must for in my nightstand drawer. Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Rub it in your hands, put your hands in front of your face, take a couple deep breaths. It’s magic. Headache? Rub some of its magical goodness on your temples and sinuses. Chest cold? Rub that stuff on your chest instead of traditional vapor rub. It was the only way I could sleep when I was sick. Broken body or born in the 1900’s? Rub it on the areas that ache before bed and wake up feeling relief

It was a life saver when I was in physical therapy for my SI joint problems!
